Explorations in Theory and Practice of Social Dreaming. An online Social Dreaming series between October 2025 – April 2026
The primary task of the series is to provide an opportunity to experience social dreaming as a creative tool of an in-depth exploration of the reality (social context etc.) in a group as well as its various applications and to learn about the theoretical background.
Description: The series will be experiential and theoretical. The first 3 sessions will include a short introduction, the participants will experience the method in different variations including the “here and now” dream drawing as well as the use of AI for learning from our experience. In the 3 consecutive sessions participants will continue exploring Social Dreaming through experience followed by a theoretical sessions in which participants will be requested to read relevant articles and try to integrate the experience from the matrix with the theory. The sessions in the period from January till April 2026 will also include short presentations by the acknowledged experts in the field of the Social Dreaming.
Setting: The series will take place on Zoom on Wednesdays between 6:30-8:00 pm CET on the following dates: 22.10.2025, 19.11.2025, 21.1.2026, and on Wednesdays between 6:30-9:00 pm CET on the following dates: 18.2.2026, 25.3.2026, 22.4.2026.
Registration is for the whole series.
Costs: 50 euros for members of Group Relations Lithuania, 80 euros for non members.

Cosmin Chita – Psychiatrist and Psychoanalytical Psychotherapist, Training Group Analyst (D3G), working in his own practice in Zürich (Switzerland), as a clinical supervisor and as an expert in insurance medicine.
