Leading from the screen. Early Bird discount until 1st June
Invitation to a unique four-day training program in July 2024: Leading from the screen, the Visible and Invisible in remote working. 18, 19, 20 and 26 JULY 2024.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT UNTIL 1st JUNE 2024
The programme is offered by the University of Essex, and supported by OFEK Organisation, Person, Group – The Israeli Association for the Study of Group and Organisational Processes and The Center for the Research of the Psychoanalytic-Systemic Approach (CRPSA)
How do we communicate, collaborate, and remain engaged around a shared purpose, in digital and dispersed teams? What happens to feelings of isolation and involvement, or to the dynamics of competition? How do we influence one another and manage conflict? Or lead a productive and creative decision-making process, from our screens? As managers, how do we motivate our teams, foster a sense of belonging and promote a working culture that can best support our organizational goals, when working remotely?
This interactive 4-day training programme provides opportunities to learn about the visible and invisible dynamics of remote working, in real time. Through a unique combination of experiential learning, practice and an exploration of key theoretical concepts, it will equip leaders, managers and team members with a greater capacity to observe and manage the dynamics of remote working, at the individual, team and organizational levels.
The programme takes place online, in live format, with an international staff team of leading practitioners.
